Institutional design

Communication institutions can stand behind.

Institutional design is how an organisation speaks with authority to donors, governments, partners and the communities it serves. It has to be accurate, consistent and on-brand, often across several donor logos and review cycles at once.

I work with UN agencies, international NGOs and national organisations in East Africa and the Horn of Africa. I turn programme data, research and field stories into publications and systems that meet strict brand and co-branding standards, and still read clearly.

What I focus on

  • Brand-compliant publications for UN agencies and NGOs
  • Donor visibility and multi-donor co-branding
  • Reporting templates that teams can maintain
  • Websites that work as a living annual report
